The National WIC Association (NWA) invites you to attend our 25th Annual Washington Reach Them, Teach Them, Keep Them Leadership Conference scheduled from March 8 – 10, 2015.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to this Leadership Conference is limited to the capacity of the main venue. The total capacity is 220. Registration will close when this number is reached.
The conference will provide a forum to discuss Federal initiatives affecting the health and nutritional wellbeing of WIC mothers and young children as well as service delivery and the effective management of the Program.
The goal of this conference is to explore tools to reach, teach, and keep WIC participants and supporters engaged with WIC – the nation's premier public health nutrition program.
We invite you to help NWA ensure policymakers appreciate why WIC must reach every woman, infant and child in need.
Regular Registration Rates - Before February 14, 2015

Regular Non-Member Rate: $425
Late Registration Rates - After February 14, 2015
Late Member Rate: $375
Late Non-Member Rate: $475
NOTE: On-site registration = Late Rate + a $75 Processing Fee
All payments are due before or on the first day of the Conference. Payments must be received to gain access to and participate in all conference activities and sessions.
POs will not be accepted on-site.

It is our policy to assess a processing fee for all cancelled registrations. To cancel your registration, a written request MUST be received by NWA to [email protected] or faxed to 202-387-5281 no later than close of Business on February 14, 2015.
Cancellations received before or on February 14, 2015 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. No refund will be granted for cancellations received after February 14, 2015. NWA regrets that refunds will not be granted for "No-shows."

Please Note: On Monday, March 9th, the conference activities will take place at the Capitol Visitor Center. Events at the Capitol Visitor Center are open to the public and are not covered by registration fees.

If you want to stay before or after these dates, you will have to pay the hotel's prevailing rates. Please note that the average nightly room rate is over $400.00. Room reservations made after 5:00 PM on February 5th will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing room rate.
Please note that NWA does not have control over the hotel room types. To request a particular room type, you must discuss this with the hotel when making your room reservations.
The Westin Georgetown Hotel is located only 9 minutes/5.45 miles from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport by taxi or shuttle. Also, Metro is accessible from the airport. Take the BLUE LINE heading towards Largo Town Center. Your stop will be the sixth stop at Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Station.
