Serve as a liaison to the California State WIC Program.
Oversee budget management and compliance with WIC regulations.
Supervise Deputy Directors, IT, Finance, and Research teams.
Lead strategic planning, operations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
The Associate Executive Director supports the Executive Director in overseeing PHFE WIC, ensuring strategic direction, compliance, and operational excellence. This role manages senior leadership, finances, and program initiatives while serving as Acting Executive Director when needed.
