Responsibilities include supervising clinic operations, maintain vacation and work schedules, take proactive measures, assure quality services are provided per program policies and procedures. Recruits, hires, and supervises direct reports including, motivating, training, providing guidance, and direction. Develops expectations and completes staff performance reviews and timesheets. Performs nutrition services including nutrition assessments, determines nutritional risk factors, provides evidence-based nutrition counseling, goal setting, nutrition education, and assigns appropriate tailored food package benefits to prenatal, postpartum, breastfeeding women, infants and children from birth to five years of age. Accurately documents assessments, care plans, notes, and enters correctly into the electronic medical record.
