The WIC Program Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, operation, and management of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while developing strategies to enhance program effectiveness, outreach, and participant services. The director provides leadership to staff, manages budgets, and collaborates with community organizations to support maternal and child health.
